Our Client is a European Bicycle Manufacturer with its own production for own brands and private label solutions. Their bikes are highly innovative and cover a wide product portfolio: Road, Gravel, MTB, E-MTB and Urban E-Bikes. Their Bikes are used by pro riders on highest level.
To drive sales and brand awareness further, we are currently looking for an ambitious Sales Manager for France and Southern Europe (Spain, Portugal, Italy).
Your Responsibilities:
Responsibility to reach sales targets for your markets (France, Spain, Portugal, Italy)
Planing, Implementation and Execution of our sales strategy
Acquiring new customers
Developing and taking care of dealer network
Participation at exhibition and events
Market knowledge and competition analysis
Permanent analysis of the region and effective reporting of risks and potentials
Your Profile:
Master / Bachelor degree or similar Sales experience
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the Bike Industry
Native French Speaker, Working proficiency in English (at least B2 level), every other language is a plus (Italian, Spanish, Portugese)
Strong communication and organizational skills to take a lead role in this adventure
Consent to travel within the region and occassional travels to HQ
