Your Mission
Assistance for the Benelux Sales Team
Interaction with b2b Customers (Bike Dealers/ Shops) in your region
Help Customers with their orders, re-orders, questions, Service issues, or other assistance they might need
Order Management
Interact with Delivery & Logistics Partners
Your Qualifications
Initial experience in a call center or telephone customer service position is a plus
You are characterized by excellent communication skills, enthusiasm and and independent way of working
High affinity, basic technical understanding and knowledge of bicycles, parts, and accessories
Ability to respond to different personalities and to work out the needs of the customer, to understand them and to solve them in a customer-oriented manner
High self-motivation
Positive and motivating attitude
Very good knowledge of Dutch/Flemish plus either English Or German, French is a big Plus
