Our customer is a bicycle brand from the USA that is expanding to Europe and at the moment in the process of registering a German branch and opening an office.
We will therefore start the recruitment process and hire various people in different roles.
Until the exact office location is found, work will be done mostly remote and later change to a flexible hybrid model. Residence in Germany is necessary though.
Position Overview: The Head of Branding and Marketing will lead the development and execution of all branding and marketing strategies in Europe. This role will be instrumental in establishing our brand presence and driving consumer engagement in Europe's key markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive branding and marketing strategy tailored to different European markets.
Oversee all digital and offline marketing initiatives, ensuring they align with global brand guidelines.
Manage a team of marketing professionals
Collaborate with the Product Manager to align product launches and marketing campaigns.
Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
Build and maintain relationships with local influencers, media outlets, and industry partners.
Qualifications:
Extensive experience in branding and marketing, with a focus on European Key Markets.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, social media, and e-commerce.
Proven track record of successfully launching and managing brands in the E.U.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Creative thinker with strong analytical abilities.
Excellent English Skills, German is a big plus, other languages are appreciated
