Your Mission
Responsibility to reach sales targets for your market
Implementation of our sales strategy
Acquiring new customers
Developing and taking care of network such as existing customers and partners
Participation at exhibition and events
Market knowledge and competition analysis
Permanent analysis of the region and effective reporting of risks and potentials
Your Profile
Experience in sales in the bicycle industry, preferably in an outside sales position
Good knowledge bike components and accessories is important
Willingness to travel on a frequent basis. Valid drivers license is required
Professional and authentic appearance for our products
Qualified applicants must be customer oriented and motivated with excellent communication, organization and problem-solving skills
Prescision, good communication and organisation skills
Perfect Polish language skills and good English skills spoken and written to communicate with HQ
Pro-active, hunter mentality driven, dynamicly and a teamplayer kind of person
Good command of common office softwares and modern means of communication
Willingness to travel
